JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Criminal Petition has been filed by the petitioner/accused, aggrieved by the order, dtd. 17/8/2026, passed by the learned III Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-XXV Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Ranga Reddy District at Rajendranagar (for short, 'the trial Court ') in Crl.M.P.No.461 of 2026 in Crime No.824 of 2026 of Attapur Police Station, Hyderabad, whereby the petition filed by the prosecution under Sec. 52 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short, 'the BNSS ') seeking permission to the Investigating Officer to produce the petitioner before the competent Government Hospital for medico-legal examination for potency test, was allowed.
