JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. P. Roy Barman, learned Sr. counsel assisted by Mr. S. Bhattacharjee, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

(2.) Briefly stated, the petitioner, in response to an advertisement notified by the respondents, participated in the selection process for filling up the post of Assistant, Cashier, Single Window Operator etc.
