JUDGEMENT
ABDUL MOIN,J. -
(1.)Heard Ms. Rashmi Srivastava, the petitioner who appears in person, assisted by her father, and Sri Gopal Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel appearing for the respondents/Bank.
(2.)The present application for review has been filed praying for review of the judgment and order dated 26. 8. 2019 passed by this Court. The said judgment and order being short, is reproduced hereunder for the sake of convenience:-
"Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Gopal Kumar Srivastava, Advocate who files Vakalatnama on behalf of all the respondents.
It is admitted between the parties that the petitioner has got an alternative remedy of an appeal under the provisions of Regulation 17 of the Allahabad Bank Officer Employees (Discipline and Appeal) Regulations, 1976 (hereinafter referred to as 'Regulations, 1976') against the impugned order of punishment dated 04. 07. 2019.
Accordingly, taking into consideration the aforesaid availability of an alternative remedy to the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to submit an appeal to the Appellate Authority within ten days from today. In case, such an appeal is filed, the Appellate Authority shall proceed to decide the appeal in accordance with law and the Regulations, 1976 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the appeal along with the certified copy of this order. "
(3.)A perusal of the aforesaid judgment and order indicates that this Court, after considering that the petitioner has got an alternative remedy of appeal under the provisions of Regulation 17 of the Allahabad Bank Officer Employees (Discipline and Appeal) Regulations, 1976 (hereinafter referred to as the Regulations 1976) and the petitioner having challenged the order of punishment imposed upon her after due inquiry under the provisions of Regulation 4(b) of the Regulations 1976, had relegated the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy of appeal under Regulation 17 of the Regulation 1976.
