JUDGEMENT

(1.)This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to issue and accept the examination form of the petitioner and to allow the petitioner to appear in 3rd year Professional Examination of BAMS Course.
(2.)It is inter-alia claimed in the petition that the petitioner is pursuing the Course of Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery ('BAMS') and was admitted to the said course in the year 2013, he passed all the papers of 1st year & 2nd year and therefore, eligible to appear for 3rd year Professional Examination. However, the respondents were arbitrarily not accepting the examination form of the petitioner.
(3.)It is thereafter elaborated in the petition that the petitioner appeared in 1st year BAMS examination in the year 2015 and failed in three subjects, result whereof was declared on 6.5.2015. The petitioner appeared in the supplementary examination held in August, 2015 and passed all the papers, wherein the result was declared on 14.8.2015. For 2nd year examinations, the petitioner initially failed but again appeared in May-June, 2016 examination and passed in all subjects as indicated in Annexure-3.
