JUDGEMENT

S.M. Subramaniyam, J. - (1.)None appeared on behalf of the petitioner, learned Special Government pleader appears on behalf of the respondent.
(2.)The relief sought for in this writ petition to consider the claim of the writ petitioner to the post of Hospital Worker by the respondents.
(3.)The claim of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed as Hospital Worker in Government Primary Health Centre, Virudhunagar through outsourcing viz., Education Women Welfare Society, Thirupparankundram, and he joined service on 24.11.2004. The writ petitioner was appointed on daily wage contract basis. There was a ban for recruitment to the permanent post in all the departments from the year 2001 onwards and during that relevant period, the writ petitioner was not considered.
